Happy New Year 2012!

Happy New Year from most of the Jensen crew!
And thanks for the cute dresses Grandpa Ivan and Terry! The girls looked so cute in them!

Bike rides and Beach days

Nash and Natalie loved going on a few bike rides in the trailer with Andrew as the driver. They are so cute together!
The beach was awesome while Andrew and Keali were here. We couldn't have asked for better weather considering it was the last week of December. Nash could live on the beach. That boy just loves the sand so much!

Fun times in the sand and sun.
Here's the kids one day when we went on a walk to collect shells.
Thanks for visiting us Atlanta Jensens. We love you guys and always have such a great time with you when you come!

Alys Beach

Andrew, Keali and Nash came down from Atlanta for the week after Christmas. We had a great time with them. One of the days they were here we went down to Alys Beach for some play time at the park and then dinner at La Cocina. Here's a few pics from the day.

White Christmas

After church we drove along the beach and decided to take a pic of the kids on the beach. This is our version of a "White Christmas!"
Merry Christmas from sunny Florida!

All ready for church

After present opening we had to hurry and get ready for church. The kids looked so adorable in their matching outfits. Here are a few pics I got before church.

Christmas Morning

The kids woke up bright and early and were all so happy that Santa had come. We had a nice morning opening presents and then getting ready for church. Here's a few pics with present highlights...

They were all so intreged with each others presents. It was quite sweet.

Decorating Cookies

On December 22nd we woke up to Phil our elf giving us the hint that he wanted us to bake some sugar cookies and gingerbread men. It just so happens that I was planning on doing it anyways that day. We had the missionaries over and decorated cookies and had a great time making treat plates for a church activity we were attending that night.

Daniel was a big sprinkle mess maker!
Here's Elder Cox with a missionary gingerbread boy.
Here's Phil with all the treat plates we made. I think he was one happy elf!

Christmas Parade

We went over to Pier Park and watched the PCB Christmas parade in mid-December. It was actually a little chilly out so it was fun to bundle everyone up and go watch the parade with our friends the Dormans. We had a nice evening and the kids enjoyed collecting the candy and goodies that were thrown from the floats.

Random pics from the last week or so...

Here's a few random pics from the last week or two. We had a lot of fun with Anton and Far Mor. They both were so helpful and fun to have around. We miss you both already!

Two weeks old. What a cuttie pie!
Shopping at the Destin outlet malls (for 4 hours) with a new baby and my other three kids.
Yes, I think we were all a little crazy, but everyone managed very well! And we got some great deals too!
Gotta love the beach. Megan sure does love her Far Mor too.
Shell collecting and toes dipped in the water. A perfect afternoon at the beach.
Far Mor and Megan went on a date and were able to watch the sunset together one night.
Anton served as an indoor jungle gym (among other things) for the kids the week he was here. Come back Anton, we are bored without you!

Random shots from family pic night

While we were out at Alys and Rosemary Beach taking family pics last week we grabbed a few pics of the scenery and (crazy kids) around us!

Awesome shot of the Christmas tree and palms. So Florida!
The sunsets are always amazing.
Who's crazy kids are those?
So pretty...

Christmas Lights

On Saturday Megan and Steen put up lights on our three palm trees and several bushes out front. It looks really nice. And Megan sure was a big helper to Daddy!

Big Girl Natalie!

We just switched Natalie into a big girl bed. She is liking it so far, but always seems to wake up once a night and wonder into Mom and Dad's room for some reason. Hopefully within the next few days she will stay in there all night. She of course likes to load her bed up with all her favorite stuffed animals and blankets. Natalie is also my big helper with Kyle while the kids are at school. She is doing a lot better with the adjustment of not being the baby anymore! Thank goodness. We sure do love our big girl Natalie.

Fast asleep in her new bed.
Her she is loving on her new baby brother.

Decorating the tree!

We had a nice time over the weekend decorating the tree and the house. It's starting to feel like Christmas around here and we love it! Far More got each of the kids a new ornament for the tree. It was nice to have lots of help decorating this year!

Blessing Day, 11-27-11

On Sunday the 27th Steen blessed Kyle at church. It was a very special day and we were so happy that Anton was able to participate with the blessing. We were also glad that Far Mor was there too! Kyle looked so handsome in white. He looked like an angel baby!
