Yesterday afternoon after we finished our chores we decided to drive about 15 minutes and go down to Laguna Beach. It was nice to get away from all the spring breakers and have the beach kind of to ourselves. The kids had a great time. We should have put them in there suits, but we didn't so everyone got there clothes super sandy and wet! For the first time we let Natalie play in the sand. She loved it. She tasted it once and decided she didn't like it and then spent the rest of the time playing and digging around. We are in for a fun summer for sure!

OH KATIE!! i love all of the pictures!! the kids look so happy! you ALL look so happy! I just want to visit you guys so badly and play in the sand all day! lucky lucky lucky!
Oh Katie. That is the BEST part of living in Florida in my opinion. We loved taking the kids to the beach -- free entertainment -- better than a day at Disney. Thank you for bringing back happy happy memories!
